Ebay: 1986 Pulse Litestar Jet Car Ultra Rare Street Legal Fun
Posted in eBay by: Timothy Tibbetts on: 12/24/2009 07:56 AM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]
The Pulse uses two main wheels positioned at the front and rear of the vehicle, as well as two smaller outrigger wheels housed in the small winglets either side of the cockpit. Due to the positioning of the stabilizing side wheels only 3 wheels are in contact with the ground at any one time.
The chassis of the Litestar Pulse consists of welded steel tubing covered by a fibreglass shell. Inside the tandem-seat cockpit of the Pulse were an AM-FM radio cassette, lights, Full instruments, seat belts, and custom upholstery. This Pulse also has a front air suspension and running lights, including neon under the body.
The Pulse we are offering is #241. It utilizes the very powerful Honda V-65 1100cc 110 h.p. motor. It is water cooled and caplable of speeds up to 80+ m.p.h. Condition is beautiful, and the Pulse runs and rides as it should. Licenced as a motorcycle and Very easy to maneuver, they get more attention than anything you have ever seen! These are very rare and most are in the hands of collectors. Have a huge following with much support.

First come, first serve baby! Basically, what you have here is a 2001 Corvette worth about 10 or 15k. Bolt on a pile of crap however and apparently it is worth 45k, non negotiable. I don't know where to begin... Ferrari rims? Suicide doors? Gigantic LOL wing? The self designed trim? Apparently he hates to sell it, but it's his business. Yeah, I got some Neons you can doll up next. Read on for the sales pitch, pictures and more lol. Oh, and so far it's no one came, no ones getting served... except the owner.

Ebay: 1982 Honda Magna Turbine Mototcycle

Posted in eBay by: Timothy Tibbetts on: 11/06/2009 07:17 AM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]
A chance to own a reasonably priced Turbine motorcycle. Looks pretty ugly and you can see the frame may have been cut away to fit this turbine in. I would be concerned about structural integrity myself. Rest of the bike seems to have been modified in your neighbors garage including what look like uncomfortable foot pegs, for example. Turbine does not power the wheels, so expect this to ride like a 2 wheeled, 27 year old motorcycle... that can't fly and does not have wings. Either way, you can be the coolest redneck on your block, although you can find a nice single wide for the same price.

"Only SALEEN S7 REPLICA ON EBAY
Please take the time to Read the intire listing.
Take a close look at the pictures and the video's.
History: There were 88 Saleen S7 manufactured. The retail was 600k-800k depending on options. As far as we know ! This is the first Replica ever made. We are professional replica builders. We searched for months for a body that we could build. We couldn't find one. So we build this one from scratch.
Chassis: We thought long and hard as to what chassis we would use for our replica. First of all we knew the 80's Fiero was not an option. its too old, underpowered, and not a safe frame. Now a tube chassis is cool. But to get all the options we wanted and to build it into the car it would cost 200k just to build it. So we went with a C5 Corvette chassis. It offers all the driving comforts, with great brakes, Power, and a super strong frame. and we could retail the car for a reasonable price. Now if your looking for an exact replica of the S7 this is not it. All Saleen's were coupe's. We made ours a "ROADSTER" (removable top)
Wheels: Replica 18 inch wheels, with new 255/35/Zr18 tires
Paint: The car is painted with a Pearl Orange Metallic, looks great please see pics.
Now I could go on and on about all the options and cool stuff on this car. But I will let you see them for yourself. The car is sold As-Is and where-is. buyer is to pay all transport fee's and Thier local transfer and state taxes. We have the Title and its clear of all liens. and the car is ready to enjoy.
We do reserve the right to end the auction early. We do have the car for sale locally. If you would like to view the car in person ,Please do so prior to bidding."

Sometimes it just pays to browse Ebay. In this case, it only makes me wish I had a pile of cash around.
"I have decided to sell my 2006 Saleen S7 Twin-Turbo. 79* total S7’s were produced, 23 were race cars and 56 were street legal cars. Of the 56 street legal cars produced, the last 21 were twin turbocharged. This particular car is the last S7 Twin-Turbo produced under Steve Saleen’s ownership, #78, as seen in the pics *(#79 was produced under different ownership). This car also includes the factory Saleen “Performance Option” which increases output to 850hp with an approximate top speed of 245+ mph. Lastly, this is the ONLY S7 produced in Pearl White (see last pic for HI-RES image of paint)."

2006 Replica/Kit Makes kit car rebody ETV

Posted in eBay by: Timothy Tibbetts on: 09/28/2009 08:57 AM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]
This custom built ETV is sure to make anyone who sees it look again ! Yes I have been driving this car around for the past three months, it runs and drives great, The front suspension is air adjustable so it will go over any speed bump or high driveway without any problem, you kind of get used to having your hand on the air ride switch when you think it might be needed. I am six foot one and the head room is a little tight, however it is completely worth it. This car turns more heads then any Exotic Lamborghini, Ferrari or Porsche I have owned and driven for the past 15 years. Another nice bonus is the rear seating area, Not tall enough for an adult, however my two year old fits back there in her car seat well. I have always loved Lamborghini doors, however I have not seen a factory or aftermarket lambo door that opened and closed without some sort of issues, other then the countach (Those Doors were great). These doors are designed with the hinges far apart, No room for wiggle, no possibility of the door not closing correctly, You just stand back and slam it shut, Opens by interior door handle or remote. Round window is power. This car is loaded with unique features like the completely hidden wheels, they do turn just fine inside of the body and do not hit when turning, They will rub the inside of the fenders if you drive with the air all the way down, but you can hear it a little so you just hit the air switch, go up about two inches and the rubbing stops so you are good to go. Rear window is a camera with monitor on each side of the dash. There are some very neat Plasma tail lights, they look like electricity running though them. The paint job is extremely nice, base/clear sanded and buffed. There are some scratches and chips from use but as you can see in these pictures you can not tell, Most of the pictures were taken a week ago. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions, or specific picture requests, or google the car. I also have a website with many more pictures of the process of this car being built however ebay will not let me put a link on here so you must email me for it. You can also goto to GOOGLE and type in " Mike Vetter ETV " and see what kind of attention this car is making. The car is registered, titled and driven as a 2006 Chevy, it has a 1.6 liter 4 cylender engine with automatic transmission, this is because 75% of the donor parts including chasis, drivetrain, wiring, guages, interior, wheels and tires, brakes, ect... came from this chevy. The only reason I am selling it is because I am now building another one on a Porsche Boxster Chasis. Thank you, kitcarmike@mac.com my cell is 321-431-8120.

Moal Street Rod TIM ALLEN celebrity car model T CustomResearch 1932 Ford Model A

Posted in eBay by: Timothy Tibbetts on: 09/21/2009 05:43 PM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]
Titled as a 1932 Ford! The “Licorice Streak Special” is a high quality aluminum bodied roadster reminiscent of the race cars of years past, with a touch of European feel. Built by non other than, Moal Coachbuilders and commissioned by Tim Allen.
This car has been in Tim Allen's personal collection over the last 10 years and is in immaculate concourse condition. This “One-Off' track nose is ready to continue the car show circuit and win the most coveted awards or to be displayed as the centerpiece of a private collection! If you were to commission Moal Coachbuilders to build a vehicle of this caliber it would run between $450,000.00 to $500,000.00 today.
Moal Coachbuilders are world renown custom “one- off” fabricators of some of the worlds most desired Hot Rods. Tim Allen contacted Steve Moal and wanted a custom Tracknose roadster and what arrived was the “Licorice Streak Special”. The car was unveiled at the prestigious 50th Anniversary Grand National Roadster Show. This is one of the most prestigious Hot Rods currently on the market and is titled as a 1932 Ford!
Every inch of this Roadster is a work of art. It is full of timeless accents including Art Deco inspired brass side moldings, trunk handle and headlamp trim made by Takayuki “Kaki” Kakizaki. Upon closer inspection, one will notice the amazing aluminum body craftsmanship all the way down the to the rear brake air intake. Not one penny was spared in this build - not one corner was cut, even the dark green leather seats feature an all aluminum core. The interior is rounded out with mohair carpeting, custom-made dash with brass trim and gauges with Tim's trademark “RRR” logo.
If you think in these few words we have even touched the tip, on the “Licorice Streak Special” you would be mistaken. I think the best explanation, as to the quality of this car, is to appreciate its builder, owner and awarded titles. Its unparalleled craftsmanship and design.
With limited exposure, the “Licorice Streak Special” has claimed its share of titles at various high profile Shows including “Creme De La Concourse”, the “Detroit Autorama 2000”, “Art Center Car Classic 2003” , and the“50th Anniversary Grand National Roadster Show“.

ONE OF A KIND FLOATING CAR! Float you car not your Boat. I am selling this for a customer, but I do have the clear titles on the boat and motor and a bill of sale for the trailer. This is a real eye catcher and would be great for advertising. The motor is not running that is why we could not drop it of the trailer in the water. I was told it needs a fuel pump or a filter. This has been kind of a work in progress and it still needs some fine tunning and finish work. It does have many flaws and is by no means perfect. Please try and come to inspect it before you bid, after you have bought it is not the time to come and pick it apart. This is used so it is sold AS-IS with no warranties implied. Again feel free to order an inspection on it. It is really kind of hard to describe this so I am telling what I know about it, so please ask questions and I will try and find your answers. $500 deposit due in 48 hours and balance due in 7 days.

Car is currently on an original 8 cylinder Auburn frame and axles to facilitate transportation and working on the body ( so the new owner will also have an 8 cylinder Auburn chassis to sell)*
Very few examples of the early Auburn Boattail speedster survive , and even fewer powered by the mighty V12 motor. The Auburn Boattail speedster is a legendary design that is highly coveted by collectors and concours events. Only produced for 2 years, at the peak of the depression.
Offered here is a Auburn 12 Speedster that the restoration has been started on. The chassis restoration is just beginning now. The main body wood and metal work has been repaired and rebuilt as necessary. The body paint, and interior had been previously restored, and could be used as a driver, or freshened for concours competition. The 12 auburn 160hp engine is still in excellent original condition, with all the original porcelain on the manifolds still, indicative of a low mileage motor. The fenders and hood are the only remaining sheet metal parts that still require restoration. Included lots of new, and nos parts to aid in the completion of the restoration. Fitted with the Salon instrument cluster. LOTS OF PARTS INCLUDED AND NOT IN THE PHOTOS.
It is very hard to accurately describe these projects in a brief ad, especially as the work proceeds ,so please contact me on my cell number at 585-329-9855 to discuss this project. We will be glad to finish the project for you or aid, you in providing information to finish the project yourself.

I am selling one of the prizes of my collection - THE #1 1980ZX BLACK GOLD 10TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION - MANUAL TRANSMISSION!!!!! As you probably know there were 2500 Gold/Black editions and 500 Red/Black editions made as the 10th Anniversary models - ALL were numbered and this is #1! This car was featured at the PGA Golf Tournament in 1980 Nissan Open in Los Angeles and I still have the key chain from the tournament! The car was owned for the first 20 years or so by the owner of a Nissan dealership in TX where his service manager trailered the car to shows all over the country. I've had the car for approximately 5 years now and the mileage was around 927 miles when I purchased it and now the car has 1,052 actual miles!! The car is a 9.9 in my estimation - the interior is superb, the engine bay looks brand new and it doesn't have the body side molding!! I've been amazed since I've had the car just how cold the A/C is - I will drive it to the end of my street and the windows will fog up. The car has it's original Goodyear Wingfoot Tires and they are in great shape. I have stored the car in a climate controlled environment since I have had it and I'm sure it was before as all of the rubber seals, etc are are great condition! The original 'OK' quality factory decal is still on the passenger quarter window and the clear emission decal on the drivers quarter window! Carl Beck helped me get a mock up window sticker as you can see in one of the photos. I do not have the original owner's manual - the lady that owned the car before me passed away and I was not able to secure it. I do have both original keys, a car cover, the T-top inserts and a copy of the letter sent to the owners of the A/E cars from Datsun. Everything works on the car - John Williams - one of the best Tech's in Atlanta for Z's has meticulously maintained the car for me along w/ the other 30 Z's that I have had in my collection. I have seen many of the A/E cars on E-bay over the years in various conditions - BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE #1 CAR - AND - IT'S IN NEW CONDITION!!! The only reason I would not call the car a perfect 10.0 car is that there is one smudge on the bottom stripping on the drivers side about an inch long - I assume a tie down strap might have pushed the decal a bit, but I am very picky!! Anyone with a discerning eye would be very pleased with this car as it shows the pride of ownership that comes the owning the #1 of a series. The car is in the Atlanta area if you would like to view it or you are welcome to call John Williams for further information. I can be reached at 770.331.0999 with any questions you may have. THIS CAR IS A TRUE INVESTMENT AS ALL NUMBERED COLLECTOR CARS HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE FOR THE #1's!!!!!! Thank you for your time! WIRED FUNDS ONLY.

This car is the star of one of the most popular episodes of BBC Top Gear and was driven flat out at Millbrook by the Stig, setting the fastest time on the famous hill route. The title of the program sees him take big air over the crest at the end of the course.
If you missed it on Dave see the full program on Youtube.

I sold the car to Top Gear in 2005 and then helped them during the production of the program. After the program was made I bought it back and have owned it ever since.
It is the last Starion ever registered in the UK and is still an excellent car even after its battering in the hands of Clarkson and co.
The Starion rates high in Jeremy Clarksons all time 100 favourite cars and he genuinely loved this car (as,I was told, did Stig).
At the end of the show he autographed the roof of the car with the words ' this is the best car in the world, Jeremy Clarkson, Top Gear'

1982 Incredible, Restored 1982 Dodge Rampage

Fans of the wild and unusual, we've got another one to throw at you! (Have we really lost our minds this time?) Sporty styling with functionality?what could be better? (Is this rhetorical?) This one's got fresh paint over rust free sheet-metal! (No, we can't believe someone kept one this nice, either)
Rampage guys and gals we know you're not getting your due. Your rides are cool, but they're definitely outside the norm for show cars, they're not old enough to be classics and they're underappreciated. It's nearly impossible to find one that isn't beat to death, and if you do it's not for sale?no one sells a quality Rampage! A three-year production run of just over 27,000 units rivals the tri-five Nomad's output, and a payload capacity of 1100 pounds hauls a LOT of stuff! We found a trio of dead mint Fieros ("everyone knows" those aren't collectables, either) and we sold them out for way over book, and now we're here with the cleanest Rampage you'll ever find!
Take a look at the pictureswe're not kidding about its condition. Start with the body and its just-about-what-the-whole-car-is-worth paint job. Painted in the '82 sport edition-specific Graphic Red with Spitfire Orange sticker set you're not going to sink into the shadows! The rust free body was stripped down to nothing before being coated in straight, flat paint which extends into the door jambs, the full bed and onto the shock towers and cowl in the engine compartment. If you stop now, you couldn't buy a rust free Rampage and paint the body this well for our asking price, and you'd be nowhere near a complete truck! The rubber nose is in excellent shape and not deformed like so many are. Out back, its cargo carrying capacity has obviously been kept to show supplies, as there isn't a single scratch in the bed. The rallye wheels with their 195/60/14 B F Goodrich Radial T/A tires are near mint. The glass is perfect as is the optional tonneau cover. Just like the brochure says it's "one of the niftiest little pickups you'll ever see!"
Inside, you're in for a treat. You'll find fresh carpeting, a fresh headliner and more. If it wasn't mint in here, it was simply replaced. Those are sport edition-specific seats, and they're very comfortable. The center console and shifter are in excellent shape, as are the full gauges. The dash is in excellent condition as are the door panels. The optional radio (with both AM and FM) works as it should, and there's cruise control on the turn signal stalk. There's adequate room for two and space behind the seats?you'll find places to put more stuff than you'd think!
Open the hood and check out the 2.2 liter motor. There's a new battery, a fresh tune up and fresh fluids. The motor is very quiet without the typical valve clatter associated with the 2.2. the paint on the frame rails and core support is original while the paint in the back is new and matches the exterior. A twist of the key fires the motor, and it'll knock down fuel mileage on par or better than a new Honda Fit!
Peek underneath and find the chassis covered in epoxy paint. Most of these things came factory with frame rail rot (a friend of ours had his transaxle fall out!) but there are ZERO issues here. The floors, bottom of the bed, the side rails, front and rear sub-frames and suspension pieces are all rock solid. The brakes and suspension were gone through at the time of the repaint and have seen nice weather only since then!
