Hamilton targets Valencia podium
Lewis Hamilton is expecting to build on the form he showed to win the Hungarian Grand Prix on 26 July and compete for a podium place in Valencia.
The McLaren driver travels to this weekend's European Grand Prix confident he can challenge the top drivers after improvements in his car's performance.
Hamilton, 24, said the Kers power-boost system proved "anything can happen".
"I'm still buzzing from the Hungary win and I'm hopeful of being able to carry that pace into Valencia," he added.
The Kers system helped Hamilton secure the 10th grand prix win of his career ahead of Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen and Red Bull's Mark Webber at the Hungaroring.
