An Albuquerque man arrested for giving food to the homeless has released a video of his confrontation with the police.
Michael Herrick was arrested by Albuquerque police while giving out food to the homeless near 4th and Central last Sunday. Herrick faces charges of not having a permit to distribute the food, refusing to obey an officer, and for inciting a riot.
Cell phone cameras were rolling during his confrontation with police.
