Bad Cop: Mobile Police officer accused of improper sexual contact [Video]
A Mobile police officer has been placed on administrative duty for allegedly having improper sexual contact with a woman who was under arrest and in his custody, Mobile police said today.

Williams — who would not give any more details, except to say there was no sexual intercourse — said Anthony’s conduct was “egregious.”
“He violated the standards set for the job and the trust of our citizens,” Williams said. “What Anthony did is amoral and appalling.”
Anthony, who has worked for the Police Department for about one year, is a patrol officer for the First Precinct, located at Virginia and Broad streets.
No other complaints have been filed against Anthony, said Officer Christopher Levy, spokesman for the Mobile Police Department.
