Bad Cop: SUV waterskiing in Tennessee floods
Kids use creativity to have some fun in the flood waters. It doesn't end well as the cops make it on to the scene. That's right, with all the problems from flooding, they handcuff these kids letting off a little steam. Really sad. Amazing who these guys decide to arrest and who they forget to serve sometimes. Stay classy, Tennessee!
