Biker sentenced: Port Orange biker sentenced to five years for fleeing fatal accident




A Port Orange biker was sentenced to five years in prison today for leaving behind his passenger after they were involved in a crash in South Daytona in December 2008, the State Attorney's Office said.

Donald Floyd Deeble Jr., 43, was found guilty of leaving the scene of a crash involving death, a first-degree felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison, in January.

Deeble also was sentenced today to 10 years' probation after he leaves prison, the State Attorney's Office said.
