BTCC :: Lord Provost to wave off first car
The Lord Provost of Edinburgh will officially begin tomorrow’s Dunlop British Touring Car Festival in the city (Thursday 13 August).
After an autograph session with the public, the stars of the UK’s premier motor racing series – the British Touring Car Championship – will demonstrate their race cars along Johnston Terrace prior to their big race event at the nearby Knockhill circuit in Fife (15-16 August).
