Chargers Last Ride - Hells Angel laid to rest in London
Over a thousand bikers from all over the world processed through Hackney's streets in memory of a fellow Hells Angels member on Saturday. The Hells Angels began the funeral procession at their London clubhouse in Dawson Street off Hackney Road, on Saturday morning.
They were riding in memory of John Surridge - aka Charger A.F.F.A. - who died aged 59 after a motorcycle accident on the A1 road near Cambridge on 27 March.
The rock music roadie, of Kentish Town, Camden, was a member of Hells Angels MC London for 37 years.
