| A Cape police officer responded to a disturbance call at 6:01 p.m. Sunday at the Dek Bar at 4704 S.E. 15th Ave. Upon arriving, the officer exited his vehicle to assist another Cape officer who was attempting to restrain an individual, according to police spokeswoman Connie Barron. The officer closed and locked the door of his police car, but he failed to put the car in park, she reported. The car traveled into two motorcycles parked in front of the bar.
