Forest Lake, Minn., police said they used a stun gun on a naked man who ran in a freeway median claiming to be God and the devil. Police responded to a call Thursday afternoon reporting a man running on Interstate 35.

Sgt. Rick Peterson told the Star Tribune the officers found a 23-year-old Forest Lake man. Witnesses said he had been screaming at vehicles, and when the drivers slowed, he jumped on several vehicles and punched their windows. ( I guess that would be the devil then....?)
