Cruiser Customizing, Inc. Announces the Relaunch of the New RideGear.com

Cruiser Customizing, Inc. announces the relaunch of a feature rich shopping and social experience at RideGear.com.

For over 9 years, Cruiser Customizing, Inc. has been serving the metric cruiser biker population with a great product selection, fair prices, excellent customer service, and comprehensive product reviews on thousands of products. In March of 2009 Cruiser Customizing, Inc. acquired the domain name RideGear.com out of bankruptcy to build a new web community and provide the same type of service they are known for to the sportbike community.
“It has been a great experience to bring the integrity and great service of the Cruiser Customizing, Inc. family to the sportbike community. We have gained the trust of a new generation of bikers with RideGear.com, and we are excited to take their experience to the next level and beyond!” -- Uwe Druckenmueller, CEO

After a year of success with the RideGear.com web community, Cruiser Customizing, Inc. has identified trends in the social and shopping experience for the sportbike demographic that demand change and innovation. A plan was formulated by the core team, with the help of domestic and international customers, community members, and industry suppliers and manufacturers, to evolve the brand.

RideGear.com will launch in late May with a brand new face and a completely redesigned feature set, including Smart Content™, Cruiser Customizing Inc.’s ''secret weapon'' that facilitates what they call ''UX by You™''. This new technology, developed internally, will provide the most relevant social and shopping experience to each individual member throughout their visit to RideGear.com.

“Smart Content™ is the ticket to providing the best possible experience to our visitors. We tested many third party offerings to 'personalize' our visitor’s activities, but in the end realized our solution was so unique that it would have to be up to us to make it happen.” -- Alex Herrera, Director of IT

Not only has the RideGear.com technology platform evolved, but the entire company has taken on the mantra ''YES WE CAN''; a pledge to provide the ultimate customer experience from the time a visitor lands on the website to the time a package arrives on their doorstep, and beyond. Cruiser Customizing, Inc. will settle for no less than 100% customer satisfaction in every interaction they have with their customers.

“If we delight our fellow bikers in every step of their experience with us, we have done our job.” -- Josh Miller, Customer Service Manager
