If you're carrying 53.5 pounds of pot and don't have a driver's license, don't speed through Harrison in a yellow Bug. That's the lesson Juan Perez-Garcia learned last month when Harrison police clocked him driving 81 mph in a 65 mph zone and pulled over the Volkswagen Beetle he was driving.

"The only thing he was missing was a sign that said, "I have dope in here,'" Koopman said. Perez-Garcia, who was previously deported and is in the country illegally, remains in the Hamilton County jail on charges of drug trafficking, drug abuse, speeding, driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt.
