Ferrari Enzo with 860bhp unleashed

Let’s be perfectly honest – the 650bhp Ferrari Enzo is a little, limp-wristed, don’t you think?
A lawnmower with a particularly aggressive line in hedge-trimming boasts more power than that.
Thankfully, according to our acute guesswork, this is exactly what tuner Edo Competition thinks – because it has tuned the most complete Ferrari ever into a Veyron-worrying road rocket.
Enter the Edo Competition Ferrari Enzo XX Evolution; a mouthful of a car which is definitely all trousers.
Edo Competition’s founder, Edo Karabegovic, took inspiration from Ferrari’s exclusive and rare line of FXX supercars – cars which you buy and can only be driven on the Ferrari Fiorano test track, showcasing the most modern technological know-how Ferrari possesses.
Edo liked this tech-fest supercar and decided the Enzo should get the same treatment, for mere mortals. Mortals with a few million in the bank…
The 6-litre V12 has been increased to a 6.3-litre V12 and features new camshafts, titanium valve springs and connecting rods, modified cylinder heads, a high performance exhaust system and ‘newly-developed’ solid tappets, which apparently let the engine rev to a motorbike-rivalling 9,600rpm.
What this means, dear reader, is this Edo-tuned Ferrari Enzo packs an astonishing 840bhp and 575lb/ft of pulling power.
More astonishing, is the Edo-tuned Enzo is capable of 860bhp without the exhaust mufflers.
The 0-62mph sprint takes 3.2 seconds, 0-124mph takes nine seconds and 186mph from standstill is accomplished in just 19 seconds. The Enzo XX’s top speed of 242mph is dangerously close to the Veyron’s 253mph…
Exterior changes includes a new retractable rear wing, LED rear lights and a rear skirt with ‘winglets’.
