Whis that the statements from the FIA would be a bit more concise as yeterday we had the news that teams, more aimed at the new teams could miss upto three races, now comes the clarification today that while teams can miss three races, it will not come with out penatly.

"However, the FIA released a statement on Wednesday clarifying the regulations in which it insisted that all 13 squads signed up to the season are committed to taking part in all 19 races and that absence from any event would mean they were in breach of both the Concorde Agreement and its own sporting regulations."
