Firefighter Critical After Road Rage Shooting
An overnight shooting in Quincy was the result of apparent road rage. One man was shot and critically injured in a confrontation between two drivers early Sunday morning.

Joseph Fasano, 30, of Quincy is being treated at Boston Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition. He will reportedly undergo a third surgery on Monday.
Police say the incident happened around 12 a.m. on Commander Shea Boulevard in North Quincy.
Fasano's girlfriend told police the driver of a gray sports car was jamming on his brakes in front of them. "He'll jam on the brakes, so now you have to jam on the brakes," explained Quincy police Lt. Jeffrey Burrell. "He'd go a little bit further (and) jam on the brakes, and then you got to jam on the brakes."
Burrell continued to explain that the suspect and Fasano both got out of their cars, and that's when police say the suspect shot the firefighter, got back into his car and drove off.
Fasano was hit in the stomach or chest area.
Police are now looking for a silver sports car and the driver who fled the scene.
Fasano's girlfriend was the only witness to the incident, and she did not get a good look at the gunman. Police are looking for a white man, wearing a hat, and driving a gray sports car, possibly a Porsche.
Fasano has been a firefighter in Milton for four years. Fire Chief John Grant says everyone is pulling for him. "I wouldn't think that any of our guys would wind up in this. It's just not something that would remotely cross your mind."
Grant said doctors are telling him that it could take up to a day to figure out Fasano's long-term prognosis.
