Ford Iosis Max (2009) | Car Review | Road Test
The Ford C-Max is a great all-rounder. We know that and Ford knows that. The trouble is anyone who hasn't driven one would never guess it from looking at the thing.
For its replacement the Blue Oval is confident it can once again produce a versatile compact people-carrier that drives well. It just needs to make a car that shouts about those strengths, rather than cloaking them in the automotive equivalent of an invisible suit. And that's where the Iosis Max enters the frame.
This is a concept car for the next C-Max, giving us an exaggerated idea of what that five-seater will look like when it's unveiled later this year. It's been designed by the team behind the Fiesta, current Mondeo, S-Max and Kuga, and it looks like it - with knobs on.
