Hooked On Driving to Present National Corvette Museum Benefit Performance Driving Event in Chicago

On October 4, 2010 at Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, Illinois, drivers from across the Midwest and beyond will have the opportunity to participate in Hooked On Driving's National Corvette Museum (NCM) benefit performance driving event, open to all whether they own a Corvette or not.

This event appeals to all licensed drivers 16 and older who'd like to learn performance driving techniques and have the time of their lives while driving their car in a controlled environment under the guidance of an experienced driving coach.

Hooked on Driving, America's premier performance driving program, runs on-track events where drivers experience their own car in a raceway setting and offers up high-performance driver education in a controlled but friendly non-competitive environment.

"We're not a 'racing school', we're a performance driving experience." said Rob Schermerhorn, Hooked on Driving's Director of Great Lakes Region, who has coached over 10,000 drivers in performance driving and safe driver skills. "If you're comfortable with and enjoy a back-country winding-road drive, you'll love a day with us!"

Registrations for Hooked on Driving's NCM benefit event at Autobahn Country Club on Monday, October 4, are $295 and on sale now. Register online at Hooked On Driving - Leading National Performance Driving Program, High Performance Driving Experience, High Performance Driving School Space is limited.

Performance driving is one of the fastest growing recreational activities in the country.
