A drunken Bronx man mowed down nine pedestrians, including a 20-month-old child, as they left a soccer game at the new Meadowlands Stadium late Friday night, authorities said.
Frank Morocho, 21, was driving a silver Acura when he plowed into the crowd of people crossing Route 120 shortly after the Mexico-Ecuador match, according to witnesses.

As debris lay strewn around the side of the freeway, Morocho fled the scene but was later picked up by cops in Wallington, N.J., officials said. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, assault with an automobile, aggravated assault of a juvenile and leaving the scene of an accident. His bail was set at $50,000. The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals. Some suffered serious injuries, and at least one person had head trauma, cops said. "It happened very suddenly," said Javier Morales, 38, who was at Hackensack hospital Saturday morning, waiting for news on his 18-year-old stepson, Victor Huerta, who was struck by Morocho's car.
