Jacksonville Woman Says She Saw a Man Performing Sex on Himself While Driving
A Northside woman says there is a man driving around the area flashing unsuspecting victims.
The 22-year old victim only wants to be identified by her first name, Sheila. She said it happened when she was driving near the intersection of Main Street North and Baisden Road.

"My initial reaction was "this nasty pervert!" I was disgusted," said Sheila, adding that it happened on Thursday at about 10:40 a.m. The college student said the man appeared to be wearing only a t-shirt. "His window was down and he looked at me and motioned to me to turn right off to a side road," said Sheila. However, she said she sped away and called police from her cellphone as she drove. |
