Jesse James' marital problems grow as a third woman, Brigitte Daguerre has come forward claiming she had an affair with the West Coast Choppers owner while he was married to Sandra Bullock. A day earlier, a second woman, Melissa Smith, told Star magazine she had an two-year affair with James. Details of a sexual harassment case James settled with a former employee have also emerged.
