Justice Lewis Lubell looked down on Montgomery's most famous family Wednesday and asked if they wanted to continue draining money on lawyers or work out their differences like gentleman.

The state Supreme Court judge is considering a lawsuit by Paul Teutul Sr. of The Orange County Choppers against Paul Teutul Jr. over a buyout of the son's 20 percent share. The judge noted that he'd never seen the television show "American Chopper," yet he could tell that the Teutuls can't agree on anything.
