Something from my home town as the local council and more so the developers of a very large shopping complex "Liverpool One" in the city want more events in the city so today Liverpool’s waterfront has been taken over by a supercharged event, which will showcase the finest motors the world has to offer. From supercars to JCBs, helicopters to powerboats, they’re all at the Liverpool Pageant of Power. This will be the first ever Liverpool Pageant of Power, part of the celebrations for the second anniversary of Liverpool One. The centrepiece will be supercar drag-racing down Liverpool's Strand. I did from work hear them fire up and rev a few cars up at lunchtime, sadly did not have the opening in my schedule to go and take some pictures for the site, an few are in the extended story at source link.
