Man arrested Masturbating In Walmart [Off Topic]
Apparently not even the electronics department is safe anymore.
A Kenner man on parole and with a long history of obscenity arrests and convictions was arrested again on Sunday, police said.
Ricky Scott, 55, of Kenner, was arrested and charged with obscenity after an incident at the Walmart on Veterans Boulevard.

| An off-duty Kenner police officer working a security detail at the store was approached by a shopper who wished to remain anonymous at about 2:10 p.m., police said. The shopper told the officer that it looked like Scott was in the electronic section of the store masturbating while watching a young boy. Kenner police officers, along with Walmart security, found Scott and detained him. After reviewing the surveillance video in the store, it was confirmed that Scott was masturbating while watching a boy who appeared to be between the ages of 9 and 13, police said. |
