Test drive an electric roadster or learn how to convert your gas-guzzler at the second annual Michigan Electric Vehicle Rally & Show from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the VisTaTech Conference Center on the Schoolcraft College campus, 18600 Haggerty Road, Livonia.
