Nearly 250 manufacturing jobs headed to Indiana
Two Indiana cities are welcoming new jobs.
Today, Windsor Machine Group, a manufacturer of automotive components, said it will locate its newest manufacturing facility in Princeton, creating up to 130 new jobs by 2010.
The company manufactures automotive headrests, exhaust suspension systems and structural brackets, among other components. It plans to invest more than $4 million to lease and equip an existing 25,000 square-foot building in the southwest Indiana city.
And late Tuesday, Industrial Steering Products, a manufacturing and engineering company, said it will expand its production operations in the northeast Indiana community of Hamilton through formation of a new business, Triton Metal Products, creating up to 111 new jobs by 2014.
The company manufactures parts for the heavy truck, medical, military, aerial lift, food processing and motor home industries. It will invest $4.8 million to expand its Bryan, Ohio headquarters to an existing 93,000 square-foot building.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. made both announcements.
