At first I was a bit annoyed by this story, before I realized that the point of it all is to promote Keep It On The Track. Had Nick done that, his life would be much different today. But, he did his jail time and maybe someone’s life can be saved by getting them to the track, rather than racing on the open roads. Then again, I don't know a single person who watches drifting nonetheless takes it seriously.

Press Release from XDC: Nick Hogan is confirmed to compete in the 2010 XDC tour, returning to the sport in a turbocharged black Nissan 350Z. Hogan will use this season to promote his charity, Keep It On The Track, which promotes safe driving and seat belt use across the country.
