Nissan unveils 370Z Nismo
This is the hardcore Nissan 370Z Nismo, recently revealed in the United States. Available in coupe form only, it’s the most powerful 370Z in the range, with 345bhp on offer from its 3.7-litre V6.
Extra power comes from ECU tweaks and the introduction of a free-flowing, louder exhaust system. Top speed is limited to 155mph but Nissan claims it can dismiss 0-62mph in 5.1 seconds.
Cosmetic changes include a Nismo bodykit with bigger bumpers and a bigger wing, and wider tyres have also been fitted, along with a thinly padded steering wheel and different pedals in the cabin.
Currently Nissan has no plans to bring the car to the UK, but it is available in the US for around £35,000 and some are expected to be imported.
