A pair of engineers have proposed a solution to stop the oil spill in the Gulf.
It took Jim Brewer three days to come up with the model.
It took only seconds to confirm that it works; be it with the water in a driveway; or, he says, the oil coming out of the ocean floor in the Gulf of Mexico.
