Need another reason not to fly? A 63 year old man from New Jersey has been arrested for sexually abusing a sleeping woman on a Continental flight. He was touching the woman while moving around napkins inside of his pants. I wish we were making this up. Two passengers saw this and had to kick the woman’s chair to wake her up.

U.S. attorney Paul Fishman said Advani, who is from Berkley Heights, could face up to 3 years in prison if convicted. This case is under federal jurisdiction because the plane was over international waters when the alleged attack occurred. Advani is expected to be arraigned in Newark federal court later Monday. Advani's attorney John Arlia declined to comment on the charges.
