Police: Woman Kicked Officer In Groin During Traffic Stop
A Vermont woman who allegedly kicked a police officer in the groin during a traffic stop is facing two charges over it. Saturday, November 28, 2009.

Theresa Bell, 23, of Lyndonville, arrived at the scene of Tuesday's accident after a car driven by her mother, Tammy Bell, collided with another car on Route 5, police said.
Lyndonville police Officer James Hemond said the younger Bell was hysterical, wanting to see her mother. He said she kicked him as he tried to calm her down. Tammy Bell, 43, suffered bruises from a seat belt, but nothing serious. Hemond was treated and released at a hospital, the Caledonian-Record reported.
Theresa Bell was charged with breach of peace and assaulting a police officer, and cited into Vermont District Court in St. Johnsbury on Jan. 4 to answer the charges.
