State Police say that an Ohio truck driver was watching pornographic movies on a laptop computer while driving when he crashed into a disabled car, killing a woman on the New York State Thruway near Pembroke last month.
Thomas Wallace, 45, of Brook Park, Ohio, has been charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with the death of Julie Stratton, 33, of Snyder, N.Y., on December 12 near Pembroke.
