BMW Sauber will be in Formula One in 2010, the FIA confirmed Dec. 3.

Subject to their signing the Concorde Agreement, BMW Sauber will be awarded the 13th entry in the Championship, taking the place of the departing Toyota team.

BMW had originally withdrawn from the sport following the 2009 season, but recently agreed to sell the team back to original team owner Peter Sauber.
