It is also the car that has the dubious honour of setting the fastest recorded speed on a UK public road - 172mph if you're wondering.
But zany American tuner Tym Switzer has boosted the standard car's power by an incredible 309bhp to create one of the fastest Porsche 911s ever. By fiddling around in the engine bay, playing with the car's software and fitting a new sports exhaust, he has increased the power to 789bhp.
