Rochester biker's 130 mph run ends with pokier ride to pokey
A 22-year-old motorcyclist from Rochester was arrested Saturday night in Wisconsin in a cloud of pepper spray after allegedly speeding through Wisconsin interstate traffic, fleeing authorities, then trying to solicit a ride away from trouble.
