Snowmobiling while intoxicated arrest in June

I <3 Central N.Y. I can see how this happened. You’re sitting around with your buddies getting hammered and realize you’re bored. You look over and see your snowmobile sitting in the yard. It’s been a couple of months, so why not start it up and take it for a blast, you know so it isn’t sitting idle all summer? This would be the reason.

State Police say they arrested a Wayland man for operating a snow mobile while intoxicated and causing damage to private yards on Wednesday.

State Police in Wayland say Carl Kruchten, 46, of Wayland, was arrested for Operating a Snowmobile with a BAC of .18%. He was charged with the crime and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Wayland Court on July 1.
