Tajima EV Mini Sport is an all electric single seater mini formula 1 looking vehicle price around $23,000 USD (without battery) and weighs 300kgs using steel tube space frame and resin bathtub like body. The EV has a motor output of 0.59KW, delivered to the rear wheels via a drive belt which can be powered by lead or lithium polymer batteries delivering ranges of 25km (lead battery costs $2500 USD) or 90km (lithium battery costs $5500 USD) It produces a top speed of 70km/h. The Tajima Motor Corp is run by Japanese race driver Nobuhiro Tajima.
