The Hells Angels, the largest and most famous motorcycle club in the world, is planning a party today in Oswego County. The club’s Central Cities Chapter will hold its “St. Valentine’s Day Massacre Feast” from 1 to 5 p.m. at Jake’s Grub and Grog on East River Road, Hastings, restaurant owner Jake Burgett confirmed. The party is the send off for the newly formed 'Central Cities Chapter'.
