Last Thursday, Botos arrived at the Papillion courthouse so drunk that he couldn't attend the scheduled sentencing. His blood-alcohol level that day was five times the legal limit. Botos had pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving in a September 2009 collision with five other vehicles.
