James Kilcommons, a public works commissioner, pleaded innocent to two counts of assault and battery on a police officer when he was arraigned on the charges last week in Plymouth District Court. Police officers had gone to his home in November to speak with his daughter when Kilcommons allegedly pushed police officer Wendy LaPierre, then grabbed her left arm and swore at her.
