Two N.J. men dropped from federal racketeering case
Two New Jersey men have been dropped from federal racketeering case targeting the Pagan's Motorcycle Club.
U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnston dismissed gambling, assault and obstruction of justice charges against 48-year-old Rocco Boyd today. The Little Ferry, N.J., resident pleaded guilty earlier this month to a misdemeanor gambling charge in Kanawha County magistrate court.
