Utah Honda Dealers Don’t Take Customer Loyalty for Granted

Consumer Reports announced recently that Honda surpassed Toyota in regards to customer loyalty, becoming the highest rated company in the country. 68% of Honda owners have said they would return to Honda. Ford trailed with 61% in second place.

Recent events have taken a toll on Toyota’s standing in the US, with Toyota offering incentives to bring customers back. Honda’s sales increased in January and February of 2010, while Toyota’s sales fell. However, one report doesn’t ensure satisfied customers. That comes with each interaction and each dealership.

The Utah Honda Dealers understand that today’s consumer is looking for more than just an automobile. They have access to chat rooms and articles, consumer ratings and blogs. Today’s buyer is possibly the most knowledgeable consumer the automobile industry has ever seen. The Utah Honda Dealers continually offer ways to connect with current and potential customers. They serve as a platform for Utah Dealerships, offering incentives and information on upcoming rallies and events.

“We are proud to be number one in our customer’s eyes,” says Ron Henson, President of the Utah Honda Dealers Association, “but that doesn’t mean we won’t keep working to find the best value for our customers and ensure their experience with Honda is the best that it can be.”

The Utah Honda Dealers are the leading resource for Honda Accords, Honda Ridgelines, Honda Civics and Honda Hybrids in Utah.
