Thought this was funny as hell when I first read that Andy Powell, Welsh rugby star was cautioned by police for being drunk in charge of a golf buggy (cart I would imagine its called in the USA) today he was banned from driving for 15 months. Powell was arrested at the motorway services at junction 33 of the M4 near the team hotel in the Vale of Glamorgan.
