Ward 5 DC Council Candidate Accused of Stealing Campaign Signs [Off Topic]
The race for the Ward 5 D.C. Council seat just got a little spicy with one candidate accusing another of stealing his campaign signs from a supporter's private property.
One of the newer small businesses in Ward 5, Capital City Diner on Bladensburg Road in Northeast, is now at the center of a brewing political scandal. It was captured for all to see by the restaurant's surveillance camera.
