When Chaps Go Bad
This is a highway camera video of a motorcycle accident near Dallas. The rider's chaps came lose and flew off, catching in his rear wheel and locking his bike up.
This happened about two months back. The rider is in the Victory Motorcycle Club. He originally thought the lady driving the white Lexus SUV had hit him but she did not. She reacted quickly and got out of the way. His bike, 07 Victory Hammer, hit her SUV. The driver of the Dodge truck may have saved his life when he blocked the traffic. The number of Good Sams that stopped to help make you proud to be a Texan. The rider suffered broken ribs, shoulder blade and bruised a lung. His doctor said he can start riding again in about a month. His bike has been repaired.
