In the worst of the two incidents, 78-year-old Jean Nelson was seriously injured when she was allegedly dragged by the vehicle driven by one of the suspects, Lacey Joan Robertson, who was arrested late Tuesday.

The other suspect, Sarah Lynn Higbee, was arrested Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Nelson remains in critical condition. She suffered a broken ankle and bleeding on the brain, as well as cuts and bruises, police said.
