Woman dead, three sent to hospital from Onondaga Lake Parkway crash [Video]
Onondaga County Sheriff Kevin Walsh has identified the driver and all but one of the victims of Monday's crash on the Onondaga Lake Parkway.

The driver was Matthew Stephan, 22, of 3730 Theodolite Drive in Clay, police said.
Police have not yet identified the person killed in the crash, other than to say she was a 40-year-old woman driving a 2007 Ford Taurus.
A passenger in Taurus, Kristen Kelly, 20, of 330 Plymouth Drive in Syracuse was sent to the hospital, as was Donna Tartaglia, 48, of 706 Oswego St., in Liverpool.
