W.Va. man pleads guilty in Pagans case

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Another member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club has agreed to cooperate with the government's 44-count racketeering case against the outlaw biker gang.

Quote from the article:

Sixty-four-year-old Darrell Bumgarner of Huntington has pleaded guilty to a single charge of carrying a firearm while committing a violent crime. In exchange, federal prosecutors have dropped six other charges, including conspiracy to commit murder and racketeering. Bumgarner's plea deal also calls for a sentence of five years to life in prison.

Bumgarner becomes the latest in a growing list of Pagans members and associates to plead guilty in the case. On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Thomas Johnston ordered Bumgarner held pending sentencing in May. He's been held since his arrest in October.
