A cargo plane carrying 5 armored vehicles appears to just stop in mid-air and the nose goes up. Speculation is a stall and that one of the vehicles broke loose and shifted to the rear of the plane. Having spent 13 years at Airborne Express I did my fair share of plane load and balancing so as another armchair observant, this makes perfect sense to me. When I saw the plane’s nose go upward much more than it needed to and heard there was armored carriers onboard it all came together. RIP to the 7 people aboard who never had a chance.

At 9:28 a.m., deputies made a traffic stop on Naylor Terrace, just south of Edwards Road and south of Fort Pierce in unincorporated St. Lucie County.
At some point during the traffic stop, a suspect got out of his vehicle and shot Sgt. Morales who was in his patrol car, deputies said.
Deputies chased the suspect to Oleander Avenue where they arrested him after he crashed his car.
This was the second police officer in less than 24 hours who was shot. A Port St. Lucie officer was shot Wednesday night while responding to a domestic violence call. Video on that story below:

Mourners at a Pennsylvania fast-food fan's funeral wanted him to have it his way, so they arranged for his hearse -- and the rest of the procession -- to make one last drive-thru visit before reaching the cemetery.
Hey, I stopped at BK the other day myself on a whim and thought I was going to die afterwards myself.
Seriously though, Kime, 88 was a World War II veteran and died Jan. 20. R.I.P to him and his sense of humor.
