Jeep Camper Trailers - Go Anywhere, Sleep Anywhere

Jeep just introduced the Jeep Caper Trailers and I wish I hadn’t just sold my Jeep but then again my new F150 Ecoboost could haul a big old camper. That said, this thing is sweet! It looks just like the back of your Jeep and unfolds and pops out to give some decent living space, as camping goes.
The two Jeep off-road camper trailers can each accommodate four adults and include a queen-size bed, sofa with stowable table, built-in cabinet, 110-volt power supply and premium canvas enclosure. Both versions are designed and tested for off-road capability thanks to innovative engineering.

Winters are long in central New York, you really need to find things to amuse yourself besides just drinking beer. So why not attach a jet engine to a 4 wheeler, and blast around the neighborhood? It is acceptable to drink beer while doing it though!

You are out enjoying a nice day on the water with the family, maybe fishing, or water skiing. Then the unspeakable happens, you have an on-board fire miles from anywhere, and anyone. The fire is becoming out of control, you need help and fast!
In the distance you hear the growling sound only a speed boat can make, with one quick turn, and a plume of water the fire is out. Well played speed boat man, well played!

Good news for RV industry?
Posted by: Timothy Tibbetts on: 01/13/2013 11:41 AM in Recreational Vehicles
Good news! The RV industry is recovering. Again? You might recall the the AP made this claim last year last November with earlier data.

Now, according to the South Bend Tribune:
“With December numbers yet to be fully tabulated, RV shipments to dealers were up each month through November compared with the corresponding month in 2011.”
Either way, that sounds like two promising years depending on how it was spun. Stay tuned for more news on how the market has hit bottom and stay tuned for more news on how it’s all good.

Video: Check out Audi’s high tech, 11kg, carbon fibre, 50 mph e-bike

Audi is well known for its sophisticated design and clean lines so if they were to make an e-bike this is what it would look like and it’s damn sexy. Being that we recently reviewed the iZip Hybrid Electric Bicycle we know a little something about this area. If you compare the two bikes it sadly makes the iZip look antiquated. Of course that leaves you two problems. First, the Audi bike is a concept. Second, and a deal breaker if you even want to spend 2 or 3 thousand on a bike, is that the Audi bike will most likely be 4 times that. It’s an Audi, it’s got a lot of technology in it and we all know carbon fibre is expensive. I have seen high end racing pedal bikes in the five thousand dollar range so we would expect no less than ten thousand, if this ever went to market.
The company claims the bike, featuring a lightweight 3.53-pound carbon fiber construction, has been crafted with "sport, fun, and tricks" in mind.

The RV industry has been trying to gain ground for years. It’s no surprise that RV’s are hurt by the economy as one of those items you simply can live without. This has lead to a huge market of huge and repossessed vehicles and trickled down to bargains in new RV’s.
Now, according to the AP recreational vehicle makers are churning out higher numbers of travel trailers bound for dealers’ lots.
