Ever wanted to see how a Quadrotor would fare with a Tesla coil? I hadn’t thought about it much to be honest but I like Tesla coils and remote control toys so…. These guys aren’t the first to do it but it’s a bit different then some videos I have seen.

This R/C truck is not your run of the mill scale model, it is big, it is loud, and it pretty darn cool. I personally have never seen one with so much low end that it can actually pull another vehicle, much less do it with a man standing on it!

Navigating the road with a full size drift car is an amazing feat of power transfer and control, it takes a ton of skill to not wind up crashing and ruining your expensive tuner. The stakes are not as high with these scaled down drift cars, but the skill is top notch, and pretty impressive!

Worry about your neighbor's drone not the military's (Video)

Remote control drones are gaining popularity, and notoriety. They are not just being used by the military anymore either. It seems that anyone with a couple hundred dollars can be a spy. This potential invasion of privacy has caused some concern, KHOU 11 News reports that lawmakers such as state Senator John Whitmire from Texas is co-sponsoring legislation that would regulate the use of drones.

"If you use that to invade someone’s' privacy, you go over someone's backyard, you do surveillance on their house, their business, it would be a Class C misdemeanor," Whitmire says.

Well with that being said, if you have one, or are thinking of getting one, you have been warned. They might be watching you fly your drone, with one of their drones.

Getting close to a big cat is something that is generally not recommended, but if you have hooked up a camera to a remote control car you can get an up close and personal view of the business end of a top predator - without all the biting and bleeding. I am betting that this probably was the last view of many a gazelle!

The most important thing to me would be that the controller had better have very long range!

These clowns decided to go all Top Gear and discovered why you have the “Don’t try this at home” disclaimers on many television shows. They decided to race a RC helicopter and a crotch rocket against a Lamborghini LP640. They have everything they need for a cool amateur shoot but then proceed to ruin it by not having any talking about what they are doing or why and instead inserted music. Then they proceed to completely miss the actual crash with all the cameras only going to the Lambo after the fact. Then you get the great advice from them with “Dude! Don’t race your Lamborghini against an RC helicopter.

Dude! You guys suck.

The guys at RC Adventures know how to have fun and also can put together some good videos. In this video they rip up the snow in a Subaru WRC while swapping back and forth from the RC car to the real thing. A little audio editing would have made this video great but it’s still pretty funny.

The RCSparks crew always has a lot of fun with their R\C trucks. In this video they do a trail ride with a whole group and if you love R\C you want to see this. There is a tow truck with a flatbed towing a truck, a huge 4 door truck, a Jeep (of course) and even a cool school bus. Many are heavily modified and LED lighting has also changed the game. Video is a bit long so jumping to 2 minutes in would be best.

I have to admit this has me running to the hobby store. The latest battery technology allows electric cars run longer, better and faster than ever before.
